🔄 Returns & Exchanges:

When can you request an exchange or return?
- If you received a damaged product or the wrong item.
- If the seal was broken upon delivery.
- If the product expired at the time of delivery.
How It Works:
- Once we check the return request, we’ll arrange a pick-up from the same address.
- For exchanges, the new product will be sent within 3-5 days (or next day for Delhi NCR).
If there’s any delivery issue, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
🔙 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your Swadesi Way Wallet, ready to be used on your next order.
