The mustard seeds are sourced from Ram Krishan Organic Farms, Roorkee, Uttarakhand—70 acres of certified organic farmland practicing chemical-free farming for the past 5 years. Seeds are wood-pressed slowly and naturally, and oil is filtered gently (not refined) to retain its natural benefits. Every batch is prepared fresh, in-house by the farm team.
