Stone-Ground Sonamoti Wheat Flour for Soft, Light Rotis
Looking for a flour that combines taste, tradition, and nutrition? Swadesi Way’s Sonamoti Wheat Flour (also known as Paigambari) is the perfect choice!
This indigenous desi wheat variety is known for its soft texture, low gluten content, and excellent digestibility. Stone-ground from whole grains, it retains the bran and nutrients that are often lost in commercial flours.
Sonamoti flour makes naturally soft, fluffy rotis and phulkas without the need for blending with maida or other flours — making it ideal for kids, elders, and light eaters.
Swadesi Way’s Sonamoti wheat is grown without chemicals or pesticides, making it a heart-healthy choice for your daily meals.
Farm to Plate Journey
Our Sonamoti wheat is grown by Ram Singh ji from Peepli, Sikar, Rajasthan, using native desi seeds and traditional chemical-free farming methods. After harvesting, the wheat is carefully sun-dried and stone-ground to retain its full nutritional value.
It is slow-milled on stone chakkis every 7 days to preserve fiber, flavor, and nutrients — ensuring you get flour that is always fresh, wholesome, and rich in taste.
