Our Dubraj Rice is a traditional, short-grain, lightly fragrant rice grown in the tribal belt of Chhattisgarh, especially in regions like Dantewada. It is often called the “Basmati of Chhattisgarh” because of its gentle fragrance, slightly sweet flavour, and fluffy texture, pairing beautifully with everyday dals, curries, or simple ghee rice.
Unlike regular semi-polished rice, Dubraj is minimally processed, meaning it retains more of its natural bran, nutrients, and fiber, making it a healthier choice for daily meals.
